Many articles have been published, including LinkedIn posts, on how job seekers should write their resumes so that recruiters can "evaluate" them. However, there is a complete failure to clarify what strategy the company is considering when it comes to working with people. And this information is summarized in the Strategy for working with people.

What should collaboration look like from the organization's perspective?

Collaboration means the joint creation of value. Talent transformed into value for the customer. Talent means a comprehensive picture of an employee's abilities and potential, which is expanded through collaboration in the workplace. How is such collaboration organized? And how are personal development and growth ensured? What does an employee gain by collaborating with us on our shared journey?

Most organizations in this area have no plan or concept. We have a "good team," we're located in such a remote place that there are no alternatives nearby, or the market situation has simply changed and it's risky to leave — these are the most common reasons why people haven't left us yet.

And what does the organization offer in terms of collaboration?

Loyalty needs to be built. And it's a two-way street. Because people don't leave due to dissatisfaction, often not even because of a bad boss. But because of the inability to utilize and develop their talent and subsequently benefit from it adequately.

This is important if, when writing a job ad, you don't want to keep coming up again with the same "benefits" to lure people in. Or how to address non-standard requests that arise during a job interview. And you need to address them right during the interview.
