Let's discuss the topic of the strategy for working with people.

Many articles have been published, including LinkedIn posts, on how job seekers should write their resumes so that recruiters can "evaluate" them. However, there is a complete lack of focus on clarifying what HR strategy the company is actually pursuing. And this information is summarized in the HR strategy.

This is important if you don't want to keep repeating the benefits you're using to attract candidates when writing a job posting. Or how to approach non-standard requirements that arise during a job interview. And you need to address them directly during the interview. It's not appropriate to wait.

During the meeting, we will explore the following questions:
