There are many job vacancies on the market and many job seekers. Therefore, it should not be a problem to fill these positions. For some reason, companies cannot find suitable employees. Job seekers contact numerous organizations or respond to hundreds or thousands of job advertisements before they find a position. This situation creates extreme costs for both sides. Companies lose astronomical amounts of money. Applicants lose money, illusions, a sense of belonging, and the ability to be loyal.

Company recruitment has changed. We are not looking for a knowledgeable colleague, co-worker, or partner with whom we will build the future. We are looking for a temporary resource, a cog in the wheel. Because people are replaceable. And it looks better in Excel spreadsheets. We are not interested in the human side.

Agencies respond to this demand. We have a database of cogs. We deliver quickly for a defined period. Because people are replaceable. And it looks better in Excel spreadsheets. All the more so if we insure part of the machine and secure exclusivity for the supply of cogs. We are not interested in the human side.
