    There are many job vacancies on the market and many job seekers. Therefore, it should not be a problem to fill these positions. For some reason, companies cannot find suitable employees. Job seekers contact numerous organizations or respond to hundreds or thousands of job advertisements before they find a position. This situation creates extreme costs for both sides. Companies lose astronomical amounts of money. Applicants lose money, illusions, a sense of belonging, and the ability to be loyal.

    Company recruitment has changed. We are not looking for a knowledgeable colleague, co-worker, or partner with whom we will build the future. We are looking for a temporary resource, a cog in the wheel. Because people are replaceable. And it looks better in Excel spreadsheets. We are not interested in the human side.
