In today's topic, we will open a taboo that almost everyone has experienced but which is not talked about. You know the situation, the organization is looking for talent, but you reject the applicant. Or you found the ideal position, you answer the advertisement or even come for an interview and you are rejected. Both situations have one thing in common - OVERQUALIFIED.

• How does the phenomenon arise when, in a knowledge and creative economy, where the level of knowledge and experience matters, a person can be rejected because he has that knowledge and experience?
