And it can also be outsourced. All or part of it. What is its value then? And what is the cost of its existence?

At this meeting we will discuss the cost side. We will start here, because everyone understands costs. They are visible and easy to calculate. How much does it cost to recruit? What influences it? How do we manage the cost component? And many other questions.

HR is supposed to bring value to the organization. And actively contribute to the bottom line. But in the age of knowledge-based organizations, the challenge is to organize HR to fulfil this role. On the contrary, a well-organized HR means a great economic benefit for the organization. Where do you stand on this issue?
