The bureaucratisation of corporate processes has spilled over into HR. And this gradual change has not been perceived by people very much. They copied processes from each other as they migrated between companies. And so HR was changing into a process. And that gradually got unbundled. The process can be automated. And it can also be outsourced. All or part of it. What is its value then? And what is the cost of its existence?

At this meeting we will discuss the cost side. We will start here, because everyone understands costs. They are visible and easy to calculate. How much does it cost to recruit? What influences it? How do we manage the cost component? And many other questions.

HR is supposed to bring value to the organisation. And actively contribute to the bottom line. But in the age of knowledge-based organisations, the challenge is to organise HR to fulfil this role. On the contrary, a well-organised HR means a great economic benefit for the organisation. Where do you stand on this issue?
